Processes for Buyers
1 Registration
After businessmen arriving in Yiwu, a trade badge will be provided as the result of registration. Free entrance to the exhibition halls of the Yiwu Trade Fair will be given to badge holders. When registering, the following should be supplied:
For the foreign buyers:
1. Passport or a foreign residence document valid over one year;
2. Business Name Card;
The registration hours are 8:00am-4: 30pm from 21 to 25 Oct.
The advanced certificate can be registered in some hotels.
2 Get an Invitation
The invitation of Yiwu Fair divides into Electronic Invitation and Paper Invitation.
1. Electronic invitation is for visitors who have VISA to China; you can apply for electronic invitation to quicken your entering. Please download Electronic Invitation online.
2. Paper invitation is for visitors who need the entry VISA to China. Paper invitation is only for overseas purchasers who have difficulties in getting entry VISA to China. Please download Paper Invitation Cards Form Cards Form online, fill in the form completely and send E-mail to: service@chinafairs.org.
Apply From Other Organizations concerned
1. Contact with and apply to the Embassy of the People's Republic of China of your country. Please inquire about its address and telephone number at local.
2. Apply by the Chinese foreign trade companies which you have business relationship with.
3 Get a Trade Badge
There are 3 ways of applying for the trade badge.
Important Notice on Online Pre-registration:
All customers who have finished the pre-registration completely and accurately could print the trade badge yourselves.
1) Fill in the correct and completed ID card number (or passport number), so that you can get your username and password if you forget them.
2) Fill in the correct and complete company information and the option of information statistics, in order to save your precious time which you fill out a form on the spot.
3) After submitting successfully, the customer service staff will examine and verify your application within 3 working days, and send E-mail to notify you to view and print your badge.
4) Please be sure to print and bring the badge, with which you can directly enter the exhibition center through the Green Channel of Buyers’ Registration Office after information examination and verification.
5) Please provide your ID card number (or passport number), business card and the printed badge during information examination and verification.

In the International Trade Mart
One week ahead of Yiwu Fair, overseas buyers can take the passport and business card to apply for the buyer’s badge for free at the pre-registration site of International Trade Mart located in the West Gate of District 1, the West Gate of District 2, Gate 60 of District 3 and the South Gate of District 4.
Exhibition Scene
Overseas buyers can take the passport and business card to apply for the buyer’s badge for free at the Overseas Buyer Registration of Yiwu International Expo Center.
