I Content of Solicitation
The content of solicitation mainly includes practical issues on livelihood closely related to the people’s life such as housing, transportation, employment, medical care, culture, social welfare, social security, basic living allowances, ecological environment, public security and new countryside construction as well as other major issues on livelihood that the public expect to be solved.
