On September 20th , accompanied by Mr. Ruan Zhongxun, Director General of Department of Foreign Affairs, People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, and Mr. Cao Zhongming, Director of African Division of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, a delegation led by S.E.M. SEINI OUMAROU, Premier of the Republic of Niger visited Yiwu.
