Recently, accompanied by Mrs. Ma Li, the cooperative partner and interpreter from Pan’an City, Egyptian Merchant Ahmed received the “Yiwu Youse Trade Co., Ltd.” business license from Yiwu City 365 Convenience Service Center’s “Industry and Commerce” window after completing relevant procedures. Incorporated by the natural person of Chinese nationality and the natural person of Egyptian nationality, Yiwu Youse Trade Co., Ltd., with registered capitals of 30,000 yuan (20,000 yuan from Ahmed, and 10,000 yuan from Ma Li), is mainly engaged in petty commodities wholesale trade for exporting. So far, five foreign-funded partnership enterprises in all have completed the industrial & commercial registration in Yiwu City, with registered capitals totaling 2.63 million yuan. Since March 1st when the Management Measure of the Partnership Enterprises by Foreign Enterprises or Individuals’ in Chinese Territory and Provision on Registration Management to Foreign-funded Partnership Enterprises, which were respectively promulgated by the State Council and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, were officially put in place, Yiwu City has become one of the cities with the most foreign-funded partnership enterprises in China. At the present day, there are more than 10,000 foreign merchants and 2,800 foreign resident representative offices in Yiwu City, and these foreign natural persons and institutions have strong business desire. Foreign partnership enterprise, as a new business entity, has such strong points as low access standard and few preconditions, so it meets Yiwu market’s urgent needs for “Foreign Entity”. “By now, my customers are distributed in many countries and regions like Egypt, Kuwait, and Syria, and it have much faith in my company’s future” Ahmed was quoted as saying.
