In early spring of the Tiger year, east wind is blowing gently and the sun is shining everywhere. At the moment with still a little sense of festivity, the theme to “Create Innovations and Excellence, Improve Quality and Efficiency” becomes eagerly discussed in the whole city. All believe that, mobilization meeting of the theme activity in Yiwu is just as a precious spring rain poured in the land. What’s more, the report of Huang Zhiping, Municipal Party Secretary, can be compared to a bugle when breaking through the high altitude of the trade city, thus make us confident about sound and fast development of Yiwu.
“In the two Conferences before the Spring Festival, I heard that there would be a meeting on the theme of ‘two Creates and two Improves', which I asked actively to take part in and organized my staff to watch in group.” Gong Huidi, municipal CPPCC member and chairman of Zhejiang Huashui Pipe Technology Co., Ltd. commented after yesterday's meeting. “When Huang Zhiping pointed out several problems presented in the cadre team, his words went straight to the point and reality really. And ‘five nos’ is just like a motto which needs us to bear it in our minds always.”
Jiang Gensheng, a market dealer who called our newspaper at noon, declared himself, “This year, our city will make great efforts to promote pilot work for comprehensive reform of international trade, thus provide bigger development platform for market dealers. Besides the above opportunity, the government started to enhance the construction of department efficiency and execution, so that the development of market dealers will have much better service environment. Under such perfect conditions, there is no reason for us not to strive and make our business stronger and bigger.”
“Huang Zhiping, the municipal party secretary said that the theme activity is an open activity, in which the masses can take part in and supervise. It indicates that the city government has a strong determination in converting cadres' manner. So I believe that Yiwu will be more famous and the masses will live more happily with conduction of the theme activity.” Uncle Wang of 52 years old made a statement at the meeting room of Xiamen neighborhood committee in Choujiang street in the afternoon. Then a cadre from neighborhood committee followed his words, “this is a ‘signal bomb’ for Yiwu to re-create new advantages of development, which will raise new and higher requirements to us cadres at the grassroots level.” The villagers also eagerly discussed one after another about coordinating the development of cities and villages, pilot work for comprehensive reform of international trade and so on. They all believe that so long as the cadres can guide the masses well, Yiwu must exceed others…
